If you do not receive the ticket immediately, please check your spam folder or email info@parkforfun.com, indicating the event and your vehicle's license plate. It is not necessary to print the ticket, but it must be shown to the staff at the parking entrance.
The assigned spot will be the closest to the entrances based on parking availability at the time of arrival.
Please note: Refunds are not possible for purchased tickets. If you can no longer attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to a third party using the procedure available at https://parkforfun.com/it/plate.
