25th August 2018, over 150,000 people came to spianata of Melpignano in Lecce, to assist to the biggest event that took place in Italy during that year. ParkForFun.com was confirmed as mobility company for the 2nd year in a row, organising all the logistical aspect of the transports. By organising buses coming from Chieti, Termoli, Rome, Naples, Salerno, Basilicata and Puglia; to the management of over 8,000 parking lots.
Melpignano Mayor Ivan Stomeo stated:” Agostiniani complex, 5th set of the concert Notte della Taranta need an operation of restoration. Thanks to FAI that gave us the possibility to hold the concert there and to ParkForFun that had managed the arrival in a perfect way, we guaranteed a high level of security, which in this kind of events is essential”
For the 2022 edition ParkForFun was once again confirmed as the mobility company of Fondazione Notte della Taranta, managing all the transport logistics for one of the most important popular music festivals in the world.
ParkForFun supported the organization with a team of about 40 people, present for the management of the on-site parking areas made available both for the rehearsal concert on Friday 26th August and for the actual Concertone on Saturday 27th August, as well as the management of online bookings and user assistance.
