FOR DISABLED PARKING? 

  • If you already have a disabled event ticket: you will receive your parking ticket by email from friends&partners.
  • If you are not in possession of the disabled event ticket - You will have to contact the concert organisation and request your ticket, we will then send you the parking ticket. 

 

DO YOU WANT A SHUTTLE SERVICE? 

Unfortunately NO shuttle service will be available from any parking area. The entire area around the RCF Arena will be enabled as a pedestrian zone for safety reasons. 

 

HOW FAR IS MY PARKING SPACE FROM THE ARENA? WHAT STREET IS IT ON? 

Here is a list of our car parks with the street where they are located and how far they are from the concert area: 

  • PA, P BUS: Access from Via Antonio Marro (1 km from the arena)
  • P VERTOIBA: Access from Via Vertoiba (1Km from the arena)
  • P CHIONSO: Access from Service Area IL CHIONSO WEST (1 Km from the arena)
  • P MOZART: Access from Via Mozart (1.5 Km from the arena) 
  • P BICYCLE/MOTORBIKE: Access from Via dell'Aeronautica and Via Adua
    • For those coming by motorbike it will be possible to deposit their jacket and/or helmet at the car park for a fee
  • P CAMPER: Access from Viale Felice Romano (2 km from the arena)
  • P BUS MAPEI: Access from Piazzale Luigi del Grosso (2.5 Km from the arena)
  • P BUS MAPEI: Access Viale Guido Duo (2.5 Km from the arena)

MY NUMBER PLATE IS INCORRECT / I WANT TO CHANGE MY NUMBER PLATE

  • FIRST Attempt to change your number plate: To change your number plate, in our platform in the menu at the top right, click on "Change Number Plate", proceed to enter your Email, PNR of the order (which you will find on your ticket and in the order receipt email) and the new number plate. Always check that everything is spelled correctly! You will receive the new, updated ticket by email. 

 

  • SECOND (or more) PLATE CHANGE ATTEMPT: To make the plate change you have to send an email to info@parkforfun.com, mentioning in the email your booking email, the PNR of the order (which you can find in your ticket and in the order receipt email) and the new plate you want to change. Always check that everything is written correctly.  You will receive an updated ticket by e-mail. Attention ! The second licence plate change must take place no later than 24 hours before the event.


I HAVE PURCHASED PARKING BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET: 

Please contact us by email at info@parkforfun.com 

  • E-mail: In your ticket request please state your booking email, the PNR of the order (which you will find in the order receipt email) and the vehicle registration number. Always check that everything is spelled correctly. We will proceed with sending your ticket. Attention ! : the request must be made no later than 24 hours before the event.


TENTS: 

The area dedicated to tents will be the P CHIONSO. You can book your parking space and bring your tent with you.
